Pricing FAQ
- Standard Stripe pricing: 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction, 0.8% for ACH (capped at $5). HarkDog takes nothing on top of Stripe. The money flows directly from your client to your Stripe account.
- Only tier-based. Starter caps at 20 active clients. Pro and Studio are unlimited clients, dogs, and sessions. No per-session or per-user charges.
- Yes. Sign up without a credit card. You get the full Pro tier free for 14 days, including HarkDog Growth. If you don't pick a plan after that, your account drops to a read-only state — you keep all your data.
- No. HarkDog Growth is included with every HarkDog plan at no additional cost. Note that any Google Ads spending is paid directly to Google and is separate from your HarkDog subscription.
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Pro-rated billing — no surprise charges.
- Annual billing works out to: Starter 24% off, Pro 20% off, Studio 11% off compared to paying monthly. The breakdown is shown directly on each tier card.
- Your account becomes read-only. Clients can still log into their portal and see past records. You can export everything to CSV. No data deletion unless you request it.
